    Do you have a private parking? If not, where can we park?

    Due to our prime location on the Old Port in the heart of La Rochelle, the hotel does not have private parking.

    However, we offer luggage storage; feel free to leave your bags with us while you find parking.

    Paid Options

    Outdoor:

    • In nearby streets (paid parking from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday)

    • Vieux-Port Ouest parking lot (open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), a 20-minute walk from the hotel

    • Encan 1 and Encan 2 parking lots (open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), less than 15 minutes from the hotel at Place B. Moitessier

    Underground:

    • Vieux-Port Sud parking lot, an 8-minute walk from the hotel, Avenue de Colmar

    • Verdun parking lot, a 10-minute walk from the hotel, Place de Verdun

    Free Options

    Five park-and-ride lots on the outskirts of the city center (Simone Veil, Greffières, Vieljeux, Beaulieu, St Rogatien) offer free parking. You can complete your journey to the city center by bus, bike, or on foot.

    Do you have bike storage? If not, where can we park our bikes?

    Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a bike storage area.

    Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer motorcycle parking.

    Can you smoke in the rooms?

    The hotel is entirely non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies of our Calypso sea-view Superior rooms.

    Do you offer baby cribs?

    We have baby cribs available, which we can set up in your room free of charge.

    Are your rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility?

    Unfortunately, our hotel is not equipped for wheelchair accessibility due to stairs, elevator dimensions, and door widths.

    Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? .

    Our Calypso sea-view Superior rooms feature a balcony, offering a beautiful view of La Rochelle's Old Port

    Do you have connecting rooms?

    Yes, we have connecting rooms. The Club Belem room can accommodate up to 5 people, with the option of adding an extra bed for an additional charge of €50. If you are interested, please contact our reservations department.

    Can we have extra pillows in our room?

    Yes, each room comes with two pillows, plus two additional pillows in the wardrobe. If you need more, please don't hesitate to contact reception.

    What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be done by 12:00 PM.

    Is there always a receptionist present at the hotel?

    Yes, our hotel is open with staff available 24/7.

    Do you accept pets at the hotel? If yes, is there an additional fee?

    We accept pets weighing less than 5kg, with an additional charge of €15 per day, per pet.

    Can you store my luggage?

    We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. However, we do not offer overnight luggage storage.

    What is the minimum age to stay at the hotel alone?

    18 years old. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

    Do you have an elevator?

    Yes, the hotel has an elevator.

    Do you have a coworking space?

    The breakfast room is available from 11:00 AM for you to enjoy a quiet space to work.

    How much is the tourist tax?

    The tourist tax is €1.76 per day, per person.

    Do you accept holiday vouchers?

    Yes, we accept French holiday vouchers.
